- For the year 2024, the Company received the Corporate Governance Assessment of Listed Companies in 2024 at the “Excellent” (5 stars) level, which was obtained from the Corporate Governance Report of Listed Companies (CGR) survey project, totaling 808 companies, from the Thai Institute of Directors Association in collaboration with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Thailand.
2. 2. The company was assessed for the quality of organizing the 2024 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) , receiving a full score of 100 points from the Thai Investors Association.
