Announcement of Interim Dividend Payment For the Year 2023 (31 August 2023)

Infraset Public Company Limited would like to inform that the Board of Directors' Meeting No. 3/2023 held on Thursday 10^th August 2023 at the Company's head office, No. 165/37-39 Ramintra Road, Anusawari Subdistrict, Khet Bangkhen, Bangkok 10220, has unanimously resolved to allocate profits from the business operation to pay interim dividend for the year 2023 to the Company's shareholders at the rate of 0.04 baht per share, totaling amount of not exceeding 30,353,589 baht. The list of persons entitled to receive dividends (Record Date) is determined on Friday 25^th August 2023.

The interim dividend payment date is Friday 8^th September 2023.
